Personal Reflection & Project Impact
The ADHD Memes project holds a special place in my personal and professional development. What began as a small awareness-focused social media account in high school became my introduction to digital communications, content creation, audience engagement, and online community building.
Through this project, I learned how to create content tailored to specific audiences, analyze engagement metrics, develop visual branding, and organize awareness campaigns centered on meaningful causes. Many of the skills that later influenced my academic and professional interests in communications and marketing were first developed through this experience.
Although the account was ultimately lost in October 2021 due to a scam, the experience remains an important milestone in my journey. The project sparked my passion for digital media and continues to influence how I approach communication strategy, content development, and community engagement today.
